Your images are fantastic, and such a diverse collection too. it must be really difficult to decide what to photograph in those cemeteries, maybe I am lucky that I dont have so much choice or I would still be there.

Purely photographically I'd say maybe Milan cimitero monumentale, Köln Melatenfriedhof, Dresden Tolkewitz, Wien Zentralfriedhof. Great sculpture there in large numbers. In Milan it's even hard to picture one sculpture without having ten others on the background, it's extreme.
Check out significantcemeteries.org for interesting tips all over Europe.
But those aren't necessarily the nicest ones when it comes to charm and atmosphere. Sometimes smaller placer, more deserted places, greener places, have just as much to offer.
